Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026
Privacy is the foundation of a private practice. This policy explains what information WellthND collects, why we collect it, how it is used, and the controls you hold over it.
Information we collect
Account information — name, email address and the details you provide when requesting access or completing intake.
Health and wellness information — check-ins, assessments, biomarkers, sleep, stress and metabolic entries, rituals, reflections, documents you upload to WellthVault, and notes recorded during your engagement.
Connected data — wearable and health-app data you choose to import, such as activity, sleep and workout records.
Technical information — limited log and device data needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the platform.
How we use it
To deliver the services you have requested: presenting your own data back to you, computing views such as the Wellth Index, coordinating appointments and messages, supporting clinician review of protocols, and maintaining continuity across your engagement.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your health information for advertising.
Who can see your information
Your records are visible to you and to the clinicians and care-team members you have authorized. Household and Estate features use per-person scopes, so family members see only what has been shared with them. Permissions can be reviewed and changed at any time in the privacy areas of your account.
Service providers who host and operate the platform process data on our behalf under contract and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to address an immediate risk of serious harm.
Security
Access to records is controlled at the database level so that entries are reachable only by the account that owns them and the people that account has authorized. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and administrative access is limited to what is necessary to operate the practice. No system can promise absolute security; please use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly if you suspect a problem.
Retention
Records are kept for as long as your account or engagement is active, and afterwards where retention is clinically appropriate or required by law. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain.
Your choices
You may access and correct your information in the platform, export or share selected reports with your clinician, disconnect integrations, adjust care-team and household permissions, turn off notifications, and request a copy or deletion of your data.
Children
Accounts are for adults. Where a household engagement includes information about a minor, it is provided and managed by a parent or guardian.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the updated date above will change and material changes will be communicated through the platform. To make a privacy request, message the practice from your account or use the contact address in your engagement documents.
