Terms & Conditions
Last updated August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of WellthND, a private concierge naturopathic practice platform operated as part of the WELLTHAPPS ecosystem. By creating an account, accepting an engagement, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Who may use WellthND
Access is offered by invitation and requires an account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Nature of the services
WellthND provides wellness education, self-tracking tools, and coordination of naturopathic and wellness services. The platform is not a hospital, emergency service, pharmacy, insurer, or mental-health crisis service. Please read the Disclaimers page, which forms part of these terms.
3. Memberships and engagements
Membership and engagement scope, duration and fees are described on the Plans page and confirmed in writing before an engagement begins. Restore Private™ and Restore Estate™ engagements begin with a consultation rather than a checkout; fees quoted in that consultation and confirmed in writing control.
Unless your written engagement terms say otherwise, memberships run for the stated term, engagements are non-transferable, and scheduled sessions not used within an engagement term do not carry forward.
4. Payments, renewals and cancellation
Fees are due as stated in your written engagement terms. Where a plan renews, you may decline renewal by notifying the practice before the renewal date. Requests to end an engagement early are handled under the cancellation terms in your written agreement.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the health information, documents and notes you submit. You grant WellthND permission to store and process that information to deliver the services you request, including surfacing it to the clinicians and care-team members you have authorized. How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to access another person's records, probing or disrupting the service, reverse-engineering it, scraping content, uploading malicious code, or using it to harass others or to provide services to third parties without written permission.
7. Third-party integrations
Optional integrations such as wearables and health-data imports operate under their providers' own terms. You choose whether to connect them and may disconnect them at any time. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
8. Intellectual property
WellthND, WellthND Restore™, Restore Private™, Restore Estate™, Root Map™, Body Trust™, WellthHeir, the Wellth Index, and the platform's content, protocols and designs are the property of the practice and its affiliates. They are provided for your personal use within your engagement and may not be redistributed or resold.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for non-payment, misuse, or where continuing would be clinically or legally inappropriate. You may close your account at any time; certain records may be retained where retention is required or clinically appropriate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the practice is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on information presented in the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the practice evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email, and the updated date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to the practice through the messages area of your account or to the contact address provided in your engagement documents.
